Tomberlin Jerking and at a snails pace crawl

I think I have a speed sensor issue due to the cart/motor jerking. Can't really tell if my controller fault is telling me I have a field currency speed sensor failure or main contractor open. Have no clue what the later means. Was also told that there maybe some type of controller under the floorboard that could cause this. Need some help on this.
