Tomberlin runs intermittently
I have a 2007 48 volt Emerge with a GE controller in the shop that came in with bad batteries replaced all 6 with t-875 the cart would not run at all seemed to lead to the controller sent the controller to FISP they bench tested said it was bad had them repair the controller installed the controller cart ran but not very good erratic speeds then found the drive motor brushes were stuck as this cart stays on the Florida coast replaced the brushes brush springs and brush rigging checked armature it was fine cleaned up the commentator installed the drive motor now the cart runs perfectly until it sits for a few days then wont run at all the only way to make it run is to disconnect the batteries and discharge the controller then it will work as it should until it sits again has anyone run across this thanks in advance
