Westinghouse Shocks
I have a 1976 Westinghouse model 436. It has the original shocks, I believe. The front measures 5 3/4 and it is solid, no movement. Maeco brand. I looked at the Monroe chart and could not find a 5 or a 6 inch shock. Any help?

Re: Westinghouse Shocks
I called Monroe, They do not have anything for the front shock. The rear could use a 5751 shock. I can't find anything for the front. The fronts sound like they have liquid in them. Very odd.

Re: Westinghouse Shocks
after playing with the front ones, they aren't solid, they were frozen shut. Measure about 6 inches, nine inches wide open.

Re: Westinghouse Shocks
Kind of a one sided conversation here, the smallest shock I can find is one that is 7.125 inches long and travel of 10.625. Can I use this?
