Smile 2 bad batteries very very hard to find

1st i dont know what make and model

2nd this post is to help others

3rd SYMPTOMS cart would slow down then stop reset tow run
cart ran slow but it ran tested all 6 8 volt batteries with harbor
freight cheapo load tester ( it does work) but this time all batteries

tested ok decided to run down pack..... put on jack ran for about 3 hours
lower speeed batteries ran down pretty quick 43.4 pack voltage

used load tester again bingo!! 1 battery dropped to 3 volts under
load then came back to only 6 volts..... borowed neighbors 8 volt battery
yikes same problem repeated test up on jacks run for 3 hours
guess what another battery rears its ugly head..lesson...battery problems
can be elusive also solenoid was getting hot... assume less voltage means MORE current to power motor.......hope this post can help someone

You can use the electric cart as a load tester. The best tester you can have . The HF tester only pulls around 50 amps. The cart will be asking for around 250 amps or more, when you step on the go pedal. And there is no reason to run the cart on jack stands for three hours. Hook your meter to the battery pack and drive the cart and see what the pack volts drop to. Then do the same thing with each battery. You will find your bad batteries
