Looks like it may be an old GT cart called a Tee Bird. There were several models made and the manuals are available on their website. www.taylor-dunn.com, 714-956-4040 or 800-688-8680. Whether you call or email, you will wait a few days for a response. Hope this helps.

More like 70's. I have contacted Taylor-Dunn several times as I work on several models of their burden carriers. They are always helpful. It just may take a couple of days to get back with you.
