Well everything seemed to point to the controller going out, so I had to sell my 3rd child to get it lol

Hawthorne FL east of Gainesville, guess I better pull the motor out and check it then.i assume the solenoid is ok because when you turn the key on it clicks in and a second later it clicks out

You mean the two top posts? I can only tell you it would be like jumping a fuse to do a smoke test to find the bad circuit. I dont recommend it with the power of a 48v pack behind it.

All I know to do is get a weird 24 volt solenoid and try that
