Convert to 3 - 12v Lead Acid Batteries
Is it possible to run a 36v cart off of 3 - 12v lead acid batteries? I only use this golf cart to ride around my neighborhood and the batteries need to be replaced. I was given 3 new 12v batteries for free and curious if this is possible?

Yes it will work but your run time will be not good. You can use 2x6s to fill in the tray where the batteries went but need to make a tray to hold the 12s.
