HELP! Melex 112 will not hold a charge
My boss bought an old, decrepit cart for me to use to haul horse poop. At first it ran fine. Then, after a couple of months, I had to start charging it every 3 days. Then, everyday. Now, it won't hold a charge after 1 mile.
I tried to explain that instead of using the handyman (who admits he knows nothing about these) to spend his money on a cart repair tech. But he keeps saying, "Just let George fool around with it." Unfortunately, everytime George "fools around with it" it gets worse. They are running 3 12v - old batteries, by the way, and not the 6 6volt configuration. They replaced the solenoid, which made it run worse. I am convined they have wired the thing all wrong. Here are the pictures of the cart and wiring - can anybody help me??? Thanks, Stephanie PS - they made me delete 3 images Please, I know there is someone out there that can help! |
