Default Motor Question

I had my motor done by Plum Quick(Bandit) last year and it has done good. But I swear on some of my outings it feels like it runs faster than on other outings. Trust me I love it faster but wish it could do that every time, question do you think the springs may be weak on the brushs and not keeping enough pressure or one is hanging up ? Or would the armature might need turning to freshen it up if that it possible. I know the brushs have plenty of meat by what Robby told on the rewind I'm just curious if the springs may be the problem. Running 4 ga cables, all clean connections, and good maintenance practices being used. The only thing my motor is a Hitachi And PQ told me they weren't quit what a GE is which I understand completely Any thoughts?

Motors are usually pretty consistent how about the battery charge levels and tire pressures?

I keep the tire pressure right on the money of what the tires recommend, I had the cart checked with a radar in front of my house when I first put the motor on and it was 13 mph 1 person ever so slightly up hill. I feel that it does better than 13 sometime I dont have a way to hook up a gps on it yet.

Can't you just use your Garmin (or whatever) temporarily? It (Garmin) should work just fine on its own battery power.

Dude a G3-e , unless upgraded to a computer controlled system, is the old wiper contact and resistor coils set up...no TPS. What do you normally work on?

I'm well aware that it is a wiper system. Sorry I use tps as a term allthough the wiper does detect the position of the throttle. If the linkage is not adjusted properly the arm will not contact the last copper plate properly. Do you disagree smallblock?

I agree. Could be a damaged moving or stationary contacts also. The adjustment is very important. Thanks for refrazing your last post.
