Default 2010 Tomberlin overcharging. Delta-q charger

Has anyone had problems with there charger continuing to charge the batteries causing them to gas off and bubble? At full charge what should my battery voltage be? While charging, at what voltage will the charger finally shut off?

You probably have a bad battery causing the charger to stay on. I've seen it a hundred times.
