What year is my Par Car?

I think I posted this in the wrong place originally. I'm a newbie - please forgive my rookie ways of not knowing quite how to use the forum yet.

I would like to know what year my par car is - 5EDZ-31661-E3

Also, how do you know if the body is fiberglass or plastic?

E3= 2003.

It was actually built 8/2/2002 but it's called a 2003 model. When looking at wiring in the manual, it's a P4E with the XP drive system.
