Default Buckled floorboard after motor repair

I have a Tomberlin E-Merge and recently had the motor bearings replaced along with the brushes, Halifax sensor and circuit board. I have noticed since these repairs that the floor board is buckled. Is it possible something is overheating and causing this. Please help! Thanks.
