I have a 2010 Emerge, and had problems with the brakes. After much troubleshooting, found the lines running from the fluid reserve container, to the master cylinder, was crimped with tie wraps in two places. No problems after cutting and loosely replacing the tie wraps so the master cylinder gets fluid.
