Well, I took the motor out today and opened the cover. It didn't look bad at all. The brushes don't look too worn and the bearing is nice and tight with no play. I ended up just cleaning up everything and putting it back together. For anyone who wants to know, the bearing # is 6203 ZZ. It's my understanding that the ZZ stands for metal seals. They make a 6203 2RS which is basically the same bearing, just with rubber seals, which (from what I've been told) is not necessary in this application. I'm going to put some high pressure/high temperature grease on the splines and put it back in the cart.
