Vanguard header clearance issue
Just installed the header on my 92 club car, kit from cpp, and it seems to me to be too close to the driven clutch. This is my first mechanical type project so if anyone has any suggestions or is this normal?

Re: Vanguard header clearance issue
I’ve somewhat resolved the header issue by bending it a bit. It’s still really close to the belt though but I’ll just keep an eye on it. On a separate note, I filled the motor up with oil and checked afterwards to find it may be overfilled so I decided to drain the oil before cranking her up. When I drained the oil I noticed a bright, almost neon green liquid come out with the oil. Is this something normal from factory or should I be worried. Thanks
