EZGO TXT W/ Hibrid LifePO4 Bus batteries
Still a work in progress but it runs GREAT, it's a 2000 EZGO TXT PDS. I got this cart a few weeks ago with dead lead acid batteries and started working on the conversion. I used 4 packs of theses "40 volt" 36v A123 lifePO4 batteries from BatteryHookup. I combined two and two and used a Daly BMS on each of the pairs. The packs are 8 Parallel 12 Series A123 cells, but I have hardwired them to make two 16 Parallel 12 Series. I put a fuse on each and a circuit breaker just for added safety and built a quick wood frame to contain them for now.
