Belt Adj. Tool
I assume the adj. tool sets the distance from the clutches for the correct distance, I noticed that my belt with engine off is about 1/16-1/8 above the rear pulley, is that about where it should be?

Re: Belt Adj. Tool
you should be able to pry the pulley up tight, then lock down a bolt(recruit a friend is easiest), your starter will be in the right place....
