2015 Club car gas no start
Hey guys new to the BGW site. I'm having trouble with a 2015 CC EFI no start from the pedal. Battery voltage is good solenoid is new. Ive got key switch power to solenoid. Ive tried tracing wires of pedal switch to other side of solenoid and ECM but not sure what wires from pedal switch activate solenoid or starter thur ECM. These carts are fairly new so not a lot of info out there on them yet. Any help would be greatful.

What exactly is it doing nothing at all? Turning over but not firing? Have you checked fuses?

It will not even turn over with pedal depressed. I can jump solenoid to start. Fuses are good.

If you jump the solenoid and it works, the solenoid likely needs replaced.

Re: 2015 Club car gas no start
I disagree if peddle switch isn't working it won't send a signal to solenoid to engage it... So jumping the solenoid cranks if over we can assume your missing something in front of it I'd start with peddle micro switch and test if for continuity I'm not real familiar with the new club cars so hopefully someone else with chime in

Re: 2015 Club car gas no start
If you jump across the 2 large leads for the solenoid and it works, then the solenoid is not A, getting a signal to close, or B, not closing. I do agree with Unicorn about testing continuity from pedal switch to the solenoid though.

Re: 2015 Club car gas no start
Solenoid is new and fine. 6 wires come off the throttle pedal switch, which is called GCOR. I can not find a complete wiring diagram to know what wires to check. I do have continuity from orange wire that goes from pedal switch to other side of solenoid. I did put a new GCOR on and still no start.. I'm at a loss....

Re: 2015 Club car gas no start
Since you are new to golf carts, do you know that the selector knob or switch below the seat has to be in Forward or Reverse position for the cart to start? (unless it is in Maintenance Mode, which is something else entirely). Put that switch to the F position, key on, press on the gas pedal while having the choke button pushed in, (near your left leg), and then see if it starts.
