Verify Wiring for MCOR1
My 2009 Stealth has died on me and has a MCOR1 and I was going to test it and think I may have wired it wrong last year when I upgraded to SW200 solenoid and SW202 reversing contactor. I have purple wire going to Controller B- and the black wire going to middle pin. Can anyone verify which is correct?

I’m not really a club car guy but looking at a diagram for a precedent purple goes to pack -. The other 2 go to the throttle input.

I guess I was correct then. I upgraded to the SW200 & SW202 from ScottyB last year and am doubting myself. Thx

I may have last year when I was installing. My cart died the other day and I was doing the following test on the MCOR:
The electronic pedal test Ensure there is full battery pack voltage (bpv) positive (+) to the red fuse link. Ensure the fuse is good. 2-3 amp fuse maximum Ensure the pedal black wire is connected to controller B- or battery main negative (bpv -) Remove the pedal green wire from the controller and connect to test lead red. Connect test lead black to B-. The voltage reading should be 0-4.6v or so with each stroke of the pedal. Remove the blue wire from the solenoid or F&R depending upon your cart. and test the same as you did for the green wire. The blue wire should emit battery pack + voltage each time the pedal is depressed. If either one of these tests failed the pedal will need to be replaced. If both of these tests failed there may be a wiring or testing problem as dual failure is very rare. Retest the fuse link and try again. I had put the purple wire to Controller B- and thought I had made a mistake, although it's been running fine all year. I did the test and MCOR is bad. ordered a new one. I feel that will take care of my problem. Thanks for responding. |

Got the new MCOR in an still not getting the 0-4.6 volts on black wire when peddle pressed. All other tests are good. Here is how it is wired. Surely new MCOR is not bad. Any suggestions, I’m stumped

Black is a ground to B-. The yellow and purple are the throttle wires.
