Default Anyone programming Alltrax using Wine on linux?

I don't have a windows machine and need to access my Alltrax configs. Anyone using alltrax on Linux with Wine? I stumbled across an old post where someone claimed to be doing it but no instructions. I have heard getting the program to run isn't the big hurdle, getting it to successfully communicate with the controller is the big issue.

should be in the wine docs to convert tty to com1, 2, etc.

you could just use a virtual machine, download and run windows for free (trial) to get you going will you figure out the comm emulation provided you have space.

Yes! Why didn't I think of this. I have an old Win10 disk. Doing this tonight, thanks!

I have a machine that is a dual boot between Windows and Linux/Ubuntu. Different than what you have but works for me.
