Well I bought roof struts and the rear seat with the candy canes fro the later G11-G22 models as well as a 6" lift so hopefully I can make them work since I dont really know what I have here. like I said the serial number indicates a 93 G8 but the body which sure looks to be factory installed doesnt match up with what I can find of a G8.
I also scored new 200AH lifpo4 cells to replaced the flooded batterie on aliexpress for $330 shipped which is a great deal. I got the green buck boost solar controller many use on you tube to charge the batteries from a 275w solar panel im mounting as the roof... Not sure if anyone reading this has any insight on this but hopefully the existing controller and hardware will be OK with the 40-41v? |
