Default no lights or horn

i have a 98 yamaha 48v g19. lights and horn not working..ive replaced all the lights..put new switch in..new fuses. i have 16 volts to horn switch..i have 16 volts to all the lights.still no lights or horn..im stumped..any help would be greatly appreciated..thank you in advance..help..

How are they grounded? Are the lights & horn you installed rated for the 16+ volts? I'm going on the assumption you have 6 x 8 volt batteries, and are using 2 batteries to power your accessories? Many 12 volt electronics have some form of overvoltage protection (most stereo's shut down). LED lights are usually OK for a wide range of voltage, but the horns that come with some of those same light kits are not.

It might help you get an answer if you post this in the Yamaha section.

Cant say about the Horn, but if your lights are LED, they would likely be polarity conscious and may need the supply connections reversed.
