Strange finding as I was tuning my 2021 icon 2 seater…has anyone else seen?

Got my cables finally and connected up right away. Cart has never been tuned. What I found was line 45 had a max setting of 7,000 and current setting was 6,000. Before tuning I got 24mph (verified by gps) and once I changed to 7,000 I’m getting 27mph. I thought factory was 5,000 and expected max to be 6,000. Was it my dealer?

I don't know what the stock setting is for my 2021 stock 2-seater i20, but I have confirmed the accuracy of a max driving speed of 29 mph that I routinely achieve.
