What!?! Another govenor question!?!
I purchased this 2000 Club Car recently and am trying to figure out how to enable or disable the govenor on it. I've read thread after thread after thread on this forum and another but I can't find a picture with it mapped out.
After playing with it myself I have come to the conclusion that I dont know what the heck I'm doing. So...  ??? Draw an arrow to the "govenor arm" for me please. Also, does this look a 2000 model FE290??     |

In your third pic the spring in discussion is on the left hand side of the 'govenor arm' which miferrel has marked in his picture. Yes that looks like a fe290, there is a sticker on it which says so . It can be seen in one of your pics.  |
