Are you sure that was the original controller in that unit? Where'd you find a Calibrator? Have the serial number off the controller? It will start with the year, like 2004xxxxxx.

Power has to be off when you first plug in and take out, or it can damage the calibrator.

Those first 7 settings you see are the dealer adjustable ones.

Neutral Regen, factory set at 25, controls motor braking with no press on accelerator.
Reduction Regen, factory set at 20, controls motor braking with the accelerator switch being pressed at some level
Accel Delay, factory at 1.4, how fast you want it to take off after pressing pedal
Max Speed, factory at 100%
Cutback 1 Speed, factory at 60%, it's your low/turtle speed setting
Speed Probe, should be on if you have encoder on motor, otherwise off.
Beeper, set at ROL for reverse/rollaway beeping, or ALL for beeping in forward too.
TEST. This is the area for testing the switches, pedal push, etc.

Forgot to tell you, if you want to know what Ref Loc you're at, hold the + and - button at the same time. If you hold longer than three seconds, the unit will then reverse the scroll direction, just in case you missed a spot by one.

Once you're in the TEST (19.xx) series, navigate with the + and -, not the select button anymore.

Controller serial 2004100993, Calibrator was purchased from Electric Motorsports but shipped from Sevcon. Can you research the settings for that controller and see if it is original? Calibrator didn't have a manual. I found one to read online, may be wrong. I read "When the Calibrator is first plugged into the unit after power up", then talks about the drive hours. Any idea why controller gave my 7 flash and cart stopped?
