Bent rear axle? Did you do the same test on the rear?

Yes I did ...jacked up the rear ...pulled the tires ... then ran the motor....When facing the car...the right rear was perfect no wobble, or ???...the left side was also fine but did notice a hesitation or slow down where the hub would run then slow down and then pick up speed....the right side ran perfect no hesitation......
Check'd the brake adjustment it was OK...rotating the hub by hand you could feel a tight or flat side every 360 degrees, but could also feel it on the right side....????

That sounds like normal brake shoe drag.....What about the Rims? Have you checked or replaced the rims? Can you get some different wheels and tires from a friends cart to put on it for a test drive?

Yes these are a new set of tires and rims....did it with the old tires and rims...thought I may have had a flat spot in one of the tires......

Remember the tie rod is one inch off...is angled in....the new parts will be here today...will change out tomorrow...hope that helps..

OK....installed two new tie rod ends and a new rod......aligned .....

Ride is much better,,,but there is still that Hop-Hop-Hop.....
At 5-8 mph you can barely notice it......but at 12 mph and up it is Hop-Hop-Hop.

Idea's.....

Check everything that spins around when the the cart moves...you may have replaced one bad wheel with another bad wheel....other day I had a cart on jacks, running it I noticed how out of round the rear wheel was & you couldn't even feel that one?
