Great info. It's good to know these are available for those who have broken springs. But for others following this thread need to realize that it's not a spring problem a lot of the time. I've replaced several of these units where the springs were not broken.

How many springs does it take?

So David, what are the other issues?
Astounded Club Car charge so much for these units that have such a high premature failure rate, I have a customer that's on their 3rd unit in a few years, with the last one installed barely lasting 12months. Light use vehicle at a hobby farm carting horse feed.
And yes it is serviced to CC schedule.

That's a shame. I've never had one of these restyle units fail and have to be replaced again. Are you filling the fluid to 40 oz and using the correct fluid as the bulletin says to do?

So I believe I am having the same issue with my 2007 XRT1550. Seems to make noise during turns and has a slight slip when you change direction. Is this going to turn into an annual repair? The rear end looked like it was recently resealed when I bought it a little over a year ago. When I look for the carrier assembly now it shows back order everywhere and it’s over $1100. Tahoedawgz71 can you shed some light on this? Also can the springs be replaced to get the locker to function again?

I have just taken my diff apart, two broken springs. I’m going to try that before I blow £1500.
Thank you so much for putting up the part number, it’s saved me time and money👍
