Changing fluids in 92 Marathon.
I am getting ready to change all of the fluids in my 92 Marathon.Starting with the engine oil, what should I put in it for oil, and how much does it hold? Next, how about the rearend? what should I put in for oil, and how much?

Re: Changing fluids in 92 Marathon.
I'm guessing it's a 4 stroke sense your changing the oil. 1.5 qts of 10w30 (your fav brand).
rear end uses 30w oil. has a fill check bolt on the pass side of rearend, fill till oil come out the bolt hole. There's a service manual in the tech-sub forum that has all this info and tells you how to do it. |

Sure, synthetic oil is better than dino oil. I use mobil1. If your cart leaks or burns oil I wouldn't bother using it though.

Nope, it is a brand new rebuilt motor, has less then 10 hours on it. I know nothing about the synthetic oil, so I appreciate the help. When you get Synthetic, are the weights the same, or are they dfferent. Yhanks again.
