Default 90 36 V Hyundai Motor question

I just installed new brushes on a 2hp Hyundai golf cart motor however I am unsure where he lead from the battery goes. 3 of the connections are labeled as A1, S2, F1. I hooked A1 to A1 on the motor. I hooked S2 to S2 on the motor and I hooked F1 to S1 on the motor (just a guess) There is nothing hooked to A2 and there are two more wires to hook up. The battery and a negative that goes to the where the charger connects (its black) Can some one help me before I blow it up!!!!! Thanks CODE OUT.
