Default Can I put bigger tires and wheels on?

Just acquired my first EZGO, a 2007 gas powered ST Sport 2+2. It supposedly came with a factory lift kit, but I can't tell how much lift it has. Am wondering whether or not I can put some 23x10.5-12 tires and wheels on it. Attached are some photos. Thanks for any advice!

If it has the stock 4" axle lift on it from ezgo I think the largest you can go without it rubbing is 22". After looking again, you could always upgrade to 22x10's just a thought.

Thanks. How do I find out what lift kit is on there?
The current tires are Carlisle Stryker II 22x9.0-10.

If it a true ezgo factory lift, it will be a 4" lift.

Right. And how do I check to see if it's a true EZGO factory lift?

You can try and see if there is a part number on it anywhere, then give the part number to an ezgo dealer, they should be able to match it.

Just to make sure I understand, the tires on the car now are 22x9.0-10 which means 22" overall diameter x 9" wide on a 10" diameter wheel?

Going to a 23x10.5-12 would increase the overall tire diameter by 1", simply putting rubber just 1/2" closer to the wheel wells, is that correct?

Sounds about right, you also need to remember that your rim is going to be wider as well, you will need to check your backspacing on the lift to make sure it still will clear.

That is correct. IF it is the factory EZ lift, it is borderline with 22"s. I have 22"s on my txt with an ST cowl and even with the HD springs could make the tires scrub the flairs. At least until yesterday Put brand new HD springs and wedged them at the rear. Gotta put some shock extensions on before I can really abuse it so we will see. Just as a reference, after the above, it is 30.75" from the floor to the bottom of the EZ logo in the nose, before it was 29.5" so 1.25 gain from the wedges.
