Umax is a yamaha part you can find it at tntgolf online or maybe ebay sometimes. Its not expensive, or at least its cheap compared to comet primary springs lol.

Really people should put the spacer on any yamaha. I put a new secondary on my G9 it was all stock and the ring was bent way over, always ran stock spring and stock motor. I put new sheave/spring perch/umax/spacer on it just before I put the clone motor in. I did mod the ramps and stretch the spring long ago but it had limited effect.

I have, and i have tried B4, liked B3 better. When i originally set it up, it had a comet on it (which allowed higher initial rpm), i blew the pucks out and it now has a stock calibrated G22 style primary. I have not messed with it to test with this clutch.

Mine shifts pretty good now but when I spins it shifts too much. Last winter I was in the snow it would bog right down pretty bad, yet on hard pack it was fine. Going to wind it up to b3 or more this time. 94c seems to have broke in some and works better, it still does not want to shift until 10mph or so.
