Belt Size For increased Power G14A Gas
Just bought my first golf cart an older Yamaha G14A, Serial # 209655, I bought it to go up and down a fairly large hill to the water from my house, so Speed is not an issue but power is. I would like to be able to haul 4 people easily up the hill. Can I just replace the belt to give me this added power and if so what size belt is recommended. Thanks!!

Use an OEM or a "severe duty" double cogged belt. Knockoff belts aren't that great. The condition of the clutches will also affect performance.
