1982 G1-A3 throttle question
A friend of mine just got a G1 and asked me for some help getting the gas pedal straightened out. The problem is that when you push the gas pedal it wants to go too fast for them, and when you let off just a little bit it dies. I have some experience with the pedal switch adjustment on an EZ-GO, and figure its probably the same kind of thing. Any info about adjusting or where to find a manual would be of great help. Thanks

Re: 1982 G1-A3 throttle question
so it wants to take off right away like its wide open with very little movement? I would guess the throttle cable is not adjusted right? the carb is open a lot more then it should be at take off. or possible a clutch issue?
If its shutting off right away it makes me think your not getting much throttle movement |

Re: 1982 G1-A3 throttle question
Yes it is like its wide open or coasting. I cant find a manual for that year model. If I had something to go by, I would get everything adjusted by the book and then go from there.
