Default Help! G2 front Wheel Hub assembly

Smallblock? Anyone?

Take a look at the diagram attached of a 1992 G2 front wheel diagram. Smallblock, you (the most awesome dude ever), sent me a full hub assembly. I can't tell if I am missing something, or maybe don't have the right outside washer....Not sure....But, I cannot tighten down the outside bolt without it locking the wheel to the hub and can't spin. When I got the cart, all of this was missing. There was nothing there but the empty shaft. So, knowing you sent a hub, what else do I need to order to make it right?

It's currently spinning, but sloppy. This isn't going to last on the CAW trails.. I just need to understand what parts are included with the hub, and what isn't!

Is 45 and 43 in the hub, and the rest isn't?

Those hub assy's are "fully loaded". 45 is thye seal, 43 is the inner bearing. all you would need is #46-special washer (it's kind of "coned" so the washer contact is only on the inner race of the outer bearing), and #47-the lock nut. Might clean the spindle surface where the seal rides.

OK, Awesome!

Maybe the issue is I am using the wrong washer. It may be grabbing the outside of the outside bearing....I'll check this. Tommy suggested the same, but we weren't sure. Thank you block!!

Take a washer off your G8 or G16 and see if it works. There the same.

I tore the hubs apart last night. The original hub on one side rolled like no tomorrow. The two new hubs didn't roll like that, so I thought something was wrong. But, I realized, its just that the new hubs are stiffer, but function as they are supposed to. The wobble was coming from the spindle to the A-arm, where its just worn out on both sides. Should be OK for CAW. I switched the hubs side to side and was able to crank down on the bolts, with the washers (which I flipped over), and use the cotter pins on both. They roll fine now. Thanks for your help!!
