How good are the gas G16. The Yamaha dealer are sellng some stock ones for $999.00 what years were they made. What to look for when trying to buy one

That's a nice price for a G16. It's a great cart. Frame rust could be a problem--up front under the cowl. They were made from '96-'02. Nothing really special to check--just normal stuff...brakes, steering...

Thanks he has 10 of them coming in. He says I can test drive them and pick over them he's not doing a thing to them. I'm sure there easy to work on. I has a gas g29.

I have had 4 just got another and out of all my carts the G16 was virtually bulletproof cannot say the same for EZGO TXT my G16's have been leaps and bounds above the EZGO's I have had

whichever one you get, inspect the clutches for slop (and flat rollers as soon as you can), and change the engine and transaxle oils. overall, very good carts. front suspension/steering is "old style" and not as refined as G22 & Drive.

Well there great. Had one for 3 years now and it's still going lol. For what I put it through I'm shocked it's still runs.
