Looks like it’s coming along nicely! Are you leaving the tiny fuel tank on the motor?

yes, the original tank is cleaned and empty it is too large for my use and the fuel will get old. I will stabilize fuel and use the original tank on the engine.

Update, been using cart every day around marina. This build worked out very good.

glad to find your post... my rebuild is similar to your … club car and 18hp duromax gas engine... having trouble with idle and clutch.. cant seem to get the clutch to stay retracted at low idle... dies just about the time the clutch retracts... have put two different springs in clutch each stronger than the last , but still have same issue... ? in need of ideas, suggests or anything that will help me past this point
