Default Just ordered my lift and tires. Anything else?

Just ordered a 4" AllSports lift and some 22" tires for my precedent. Anything small wear items I should replace while I have that all out, or does the new lift pretty much have everything I'd need to replace anyway?

you'll probably want to order new rear leaf spring bushings while you've got them out.

Inspect tie rod ends as well. Any with restricted movement or missing/torn boots or dust caps should be replaced. Re-pack front wheel bearings with grease while they are off too.

Something I just ran into when I put the lift and some aluminum wheels on my DS, the rear studs were short and only allowed a few threads to engage on the lugnut. I just replaced all 8 rear wheel studs with 2" studs last night and it's much better. The front studs were fine in length, I'm guessing the thickness of the drum takes up some of the threads making the effective length of the stud quite a bit shorter than the fronts.

Carry-on trailer studs at tractor supply, part number 522T fit and work perfectly. 1/2-20 thread by 2" long. My local tractor supply price matched a website i found them at for $7.60 per pack too

Might want to check your wheels before bolting them up, some wheels may be okay, some are thicker and won't have many threads exposed on the studs when the wheel is onthe hub.

Not sure about the precedent but when I put a 6” lift on my Club Car DS I had to get a longer starter ground cable.
