Hi there joejax, i just picked up a 94 gxt804 today. My problem is that is is mostly in pieces. Do you have or know where i can get a manual for this thing, or at least pics so i can make it look like the pic?

Hey Big Red. It sure has been awhile since I have been on here, still dealing with some problems. Was getting oil in the air box, loss of power on higher revs.
I have replaced everything electric, did the HEI mod. Been through the carb several times, have determined my rings may be worn, cold compression is OK, after warm up it is down, can't remember the numbers, it's been awhile. I found some good engine diagrams online. Wiring diagrams on this forum. |

Thanks, ill do some more looking around for info. Not in a big hurry, this one is the project. I've got a txt for riding around. I'm still working on getting a few pics up
