Default what should i look for on this lifted cart?

I am going to look at this cart tomorrow. I didn't ask the owner anything about it yet. I figured I would ask questions when I see it tomorrow afternoon. Anything I need to look for in particular? First time buying a cart. Going to use it on road 95% of the time hauling the kids around town. Any pointers are very much welcomed.http://orlando.craigslist.org/rvs/3871367473.html

If at all possible bring battery load tester and a heat sensor gun. check for hot spots after
/during test drive and make sure batteries are good if not take that into consideration

First thing I would ask is can you change those GATOR colored seats!!

Looks like a nice buggy.

It's Gas shaffer.

I would want to know the year of the cart, always suspicious when they don't mention it and it looks like everything has been replaced on it. I always like to buy them original and gage the hours by the wear on the floor-mat below the gas pedal and a compression check might be a good idea.
