2001 DS 36 volt Top 2 lugs melting on v glide
Just as title suggest cart has the two top lugs on the v glide were melted. I replaced it and went ahead and soldered all the connections for the battery pack and replaced the bottom wire of the v glide that comes from the solenoid both ends were burnt on it also. Im thinking i either have a bad resistor coil going out or maybe something is going out in the motor. I did have to disassemble the motor and re solder a lug on it. Just looking for some advice on where i need to look first and a testing method. Thanks in Advance

Check every wire connection, grab and wiggle them. Also check coils very closely, look for breaks, cracks, etc...

Everything is tight. Solenoid is clicking. I got the glide from buggies unlimited

It may not be an OEM part. I've seen aftermarket V Glide switches melt over and over again. The only fix is to Replace it with an original.
