If you can get perfect toe with the tie rod thread count equal on both sides while achieving equal steering in both directions then the front end is fine. Try taking the steering wheel off. On a Precedent it's VERY easy to do. Take the scorecard plate off with a phillips screwdriver. There are two screws in the back of it. Once removed, slide it down and pull it off. Use a 5/8" socket to remove the bolt that holds the steering wheel off. Thread the bolt back in with your hand about halfway (4-5 threads) Hit the head of the bolt with a hammer three or four times and watch the steering wheel pop loose. See if you can re-install the steering wheel in more of a 12 o'clock position than where it was before. The Precedents use a hex style steering wheel hub so they'll only fit 6 different ways. It's not like the DS, where they used a 97634298 spline setup.

The control arm? It doesn't appear to be bent but I have a heck of a time seeing stuff close to me... lol. Back up about 3 feet and take another picture. I know, it's strange. I have to wear glasses so I can see stuff in front of my face.

Adjusted back to equal threads both sides, removed steering wheel aligned a little closer but off to the left, then adjusted that out by chasing the turn or what ever you call it. Cart drives fine and steering is no longer stiff.
