Rear axle area squeaking
Hi folks,
I have a 2008 PDS cart and have a squeaking noise coming from the rear end at the wheels. I have the plastic wheel covers that I thought could be the cause but still have the sound with them removed. The sound is something in the rotation as it keeps time to it. Just changed diff fluid and still have it..... any clues ? |

Rear outter axle bearing makes a noise like that when it needs replacing. Get both sides and seals too

Re: Rear axle area squeaking
Thanks Yurtle
I pulled the axle from right rear side and the bearing was in good shape. My problem is, I cannot get the brake drum off of the left rear to inspect. I have heated it, beat it with big hammer....wont come off. |
