I'm thinking that the failed micro switch in the MCOR is causing the controller not to get a signal from the MCOR, therefore it's not making the solenoid click when you press the pedal.
Ok thanks for the explanation.

Thanks, do have any idea why my cart will not drive now?

The fact that the controller says it's good to go just backs up my theory. It's waiting on the command from the mcor to go, but it's not getting it.

Man I hope that's all it is. That's crazy it could go out after I pulled cart into shop and replaced obc, but I've seen crazier. I'll try your test when I get home.

The MCOR is the black throttle control device underneath the passenger's floorboard. The micro switch inside the MCOR can fail and cause the cart not to run. It can be temporarily jumped or bypassed to see if it has failed. Jack the back of the cart up and get the tires off of the ground before you do it. Unplug the 2 pin square connector from the MCOR and jump the wires together within the connector and see if it'll run. If it does, replace the MCOR with part number AM293101 MCOR4 conversion kit.
Ok, just removed plug from mcor and jumped out the 2 wire plug with a paper clip and still nothing. I even wiggled the clip inside plug to make sure of good connection. Any more suggestions? This is so frustrating.

Did you try to operate the cart with the jumper in place?

Yes, I tried every combo I could think of to get some results but nothing.

Did you verify you had 48v at the 2 pin connector when you put the jumper?

Does the reverse buzzer sounds in reverse?
