On second thought, take a picture of the back of the shock tower from the passenger side. I'm thinking maybe the back of it is bent from a previous impact. This will drastically affect steering.

Looking close at the photos it looks like you have the tie rods as short as they will go. I think you need to lengthen them evenly to get the toe in adjusted. Both wheels seem to toe out a inch or two.

There was an impact on the passenger side. The floor pan is severed a little.

Everything appears normal to me. What measurements are you getting when trying to set the toe?

Default My cart is steering me crazy!!!

Haven't tried to set the toe. I took it to my golf cart friend and he said that he just makes sure they go in a straight line. And I'm not exactly sure how to do it.

I did lengthen or shorten the short rod on the passenger side like you suggested though. But it didn't help.

The toe has to be set before you adjust the steering. Call me. 706-836-7210.
