how often do the hubs need to be repacked ? my cart is 5 years old and I imagine they have never been repacked ,how can you tell if a hub may be on it's last leg ?

The big part is the seal? It doesn't come with the kit?

There is still a part over the shaft I need to pound off, that's holding that piece on there.

The part my finger is on I can't get off. It spins, but the surface in front of it all grooved up.
