Looks like it's time for some voltage measurements, and some photos.

Do yourself a favor, and as soon as you can, replace that bar style meter with a digital readout meter, which gives you much better information while operating your cart. I think every electric cart should have one installed.

Check for stuck charger interlock. That's the only thing you did. Plug it back in a few times.

You said you checked all (4) batteries ! So this is a 48 volt cart with 4 - 12 volt batteries ? You should be getting higher then 12volt fully charged. You may only have a 50 to 60 % charge.

anytime they break like that, it is something really simple. What that simple thing is- that's the hard part. Does it have a kill switch on it? maybe one you don't know about, or a security system of some sort?

First, thank you all for all the thoughts and suggestions, very much appreciated! I truly tried everything that everyone suggested, still no luck. With that, I broke down, loaded it up and took it the professionals today. I'm hoping they get on it this week/tomorrow and I will come back and let you all know the diagnosis. Again, truly appreciate everyone taking the time to help!
