You need to plug it into the wall first, or it sees it as a no power and shuts down.

Yes there is power to the ac supply coming in. I jumped the wires in the photo and the charger now works. What is this part referred to? Is it the timer? Does anyone have a part number for it?

I am referring to the photo posted by Scubabud where it shows how to jump around the OBC on the cart.

Look back at a post I did... post #3 of this thread. Not only did I have a picture attached but the actual Manual for your charger as well. In it you'll see a troubleshooting page, drawings of your charger as well as its parts. Very useful

Thanks Scubabud missed that. After using the manual relay tested bad and rectifier is below specified range. Can someone tell the Club Car part numbers for these? Good source to purchase them from. I believe that the rectifier is the 50 amp version. Again it is a Lester Power Drive 2 Model 22110-11.

try some of the site sponsers, your not gonna get ripped as their prices are as good or better than most online places..............if that dosn,t work for you than a dealer, just give them the names of the parts they should be able to handle that.............................
