It is not acceptable for US Battery AGM sealed lead batteries." I had to make sure because the battery warranty is no good unless it's a approved charger. |

For the battery pack voltage, measure from the main Negative post to the main Positive post. Those will be the posts with heavy cables going to the solenoid and controller. For the individual battery readings, from one post to the other on the same battery. Both sets of readings can be done while everything is connected. |

Re: Santa arrived early!
After the charger shuts off automatically, do I let the pack rest for 12 hours with the charger attached during that period or no?
Thank you for all of your help, I do appreciate it! |

Re: Santa arrived early!
Let the batteries rest 12 hours without the charger connected and don't move the cart (except by hand) or turn any accessories on.

Re: Santa arrived early!
It doesn't appear so, its just a box with cable in and out, nothing else.

Kidding aside, Powerwise QE chargers are not known for their longevity and are considered as disposable items by EZGO. You can find places that will repair them, but it is basically throwing good money after bad. Do yourself and your batteries a favor and get a DPI Accusense charger when it fails, or before if it isn't charging your US Battey batteries: http://www.cartsunlimited.net/48v_Battery_Charger.html |
