97 or 98 EZGO TXT won't move, solenoid clicks

Hey everybody,

My name is Greg and I, along with my kids, go golfing everyday when I get home from work on our neighboring city golf course...

My TXT stopped moving last week. I'm ignorant of this but based on some other threads, I checked a few things:

• Batteries: 38.5, 6.3 each
• B- and M-: 37.8
• Red Solenoid post: 38.2 when depressed
• Black Solenoid post: 38.5
• B- and B+: 37.8

At the 4-pin connector, controller:

• Black: 37.6
• Red: 38.5
• Orange: 38.4
• White: 38.5

Other information:

• Batteries less than a year old
• Reverse switch less than a year old
• It will charge
• Reverse alarm does sound
• Solenoid does click

I'm not sure what else to check or how to interpret the above and greatly appreciate your help.
