Thanks
I've been using a DPI for better than 18 months and the only wire I re-wired was the negative wire from the charge port that went to the OBC I cut that one wire and ran it to the main pack negative... Haven't done anything else at all yet...

Did you just wire it to the negative on the batter at the driver side? is that the main pack negative? The DPI charger you have is the one that says "without OBC" I presume?
Thanks Again

If Your OBC has a White and a Blue wire, use the procedure that connects those wires together.[/QUOTE]

I ran negative from charge port to pack negative. Also connected blue and white at the harness.
The cart runs, but won't charge, using my original charger. Should I expect it to charge ok when I get the DPI charger? Or should I be looking for another problem before I order new charger?

you need to test the OBC first

do not use the blue and white wire by pass they are for when you have a DPI charger only

Thanks so much...that test confirmed that the charger works. So now should I be able to charge with just white blue connected and black jumped to Bat Neg?
Or should I just go ahead and order the DPI charger?

the by pass is only a test you can charge your cart but you need to monitor it so it does not over charge 44v max
